Gabriela, 39, is a Brazilian living in Canada who’s always embraced life with courage and an open heart.But last week, she had to fly back to Rio de Janeiro after the sudden and heartbreaking loss of her father. 💔

Grieving far from family is hard enough. But Gabriela is also facing her mother’s cancer treatment and her grandmother’s Alzheimer’s. Now back in Canada, she’s doing her best to move forward, but her heart is heavy.
