A sweet little story to warm your heart

To my surprise, yesterday another card arrived at the home of the volunteer in Florida — the one who had been receiving and delivering Rodrigo's mail (read his story HERE). The original request for cards for Rodrigo went out back in January, and this one just arrived now, in July!

I reached out to Emily, who sent the card, to tell her how thoughtful it was of her to write something especially for Antonio, Rodrigo’s 7-year-old son.

Today she replied, telling me that it was actually Antonio who had sent her a thank-you card first — on behalf of his dad (seven years old, you guys!!). She was simply writing back to him.

It moves me so deeply to see love flowing so naturally between people who don’t even know each other. It's truly beautiful. 💌✨
